Steps to Use Beetroot Powder for Face Pack:

1. Prepare the Face Pack

Depending on your skin concerns, choose a recipe and prepare the ingredients:

  • For Brightening:

    • Mix 1 teaspoon of beetroot powder with 1 tablespoon of yogurt.

  • For Moisturizing:

    • Combine 1 teaspoon of beetroot powder with 1 teaspoon of honey and a few drops of rose water.

  • For Acne-Prone Skin:

    • Mix 1 teaspoon of beetroot powder with 1 tablespoon of Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth) and some water or rose water to make a paste.

2. Cleanse Your Face

Before applying the face pack, wash your face with a gentle cleanser to remove dirt and oil. Pat your face dry with a soft towel.

3. Apply the Face Pack

Using clean fingers or a brush, evenly apply the beetroot powder mixture to your face. Avoid the area around your eyes and lips. You can also apply it to your neck if desired.

4. Let It Sit

Leave the face pack on for 10–20 minutes, depending on the recipe. The pack will begin to dry, but make sure not to leave it on for too long, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin.

5. Rinse Off

Once the pack is dry or after the recommended time, rinse it off with lukewarm water. Gently massage your skin in circular motions as you rinse to exfoliate lightly.

6. Moisturize

After washing off the face pack, apply a light moisturizer to seal in hydration and keep your skin soft.

Frequency of Use:

  • Normal to Dry Skin: Use 1–2 times a week to maintain hydration and a glowing complexion.

  • Oily/Acne-Prone Skin: Use 2–3 times a week to help balance oil and reduce acne.

Important Tips:

  • Patch Test: Always perform a patch test on a small area of your skin to ensure you don’t have an allergic reaction to the beetroot powder.

  • Staining: Beetroot has strong pigmentation. Ensure that you rinse thoroughly to avoid a pinkish tint on your skin.

  • Consistency: For visible results, use consistently over several weeks.
